Dubai hotels succeeded in achieving the highest occupancy rate in September since 2016, according to data issued by CoStar, which specializes in providing online real estate and hotel platforms, information and analysis in real estate markets.
The company's data revealed that Dubai hotels succeeded last September in achieving an average occupancy rate of 77.6%, which is 10% higher compared to the performance of hotels in 2022 and the highest performance in September since 2016.

Daily data revealed that the highest occupancy rates were achieved on September 29, when occupancy reached 93.1%, which coincided with the Prophet’s Birthday holiday. The occupancy rate in Dubai remained above 70.0% throughout the month, with the exception of 3 days.
Prices
The average daily price of a hotel room increased by 2.7% last September, reaching 457.21 dirhams, while revenue per available room increased by 13.5% to 354.94 dirhams.
